Are purchases made on this website?

The corporate website does not directly take product orders or payments. Purchases are made through the VALOR store and are subject to its published cancellation, returns and refund policy.

Product orders

For an enquiry about a store purchase, have your order number, contact details and a description of the problem ready. Change-of-mind rules for perishable foods differ from remedies for defects, damage or incorrect orders. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Business enquiries and services

Submitting an enquiry does not itself create a charge. If a separate service or supply agreement is concluded, its cancellation and refund terms are specified in that agreement, subject to applicable legal rights.
